How does payment work?v
At launch, SolveMY does not collect service payments. Seekers and providers confirm the job in chat and handle payment directly between themselves.
How are providers verified?v
Providers must upload their MyKad (IC) front and back. Optionally, they can also submit their SSM registration for business verification.
What if I am not satisfied with the work?v
Since payment is arranged directly between you and the provider at launch, SolveMY does not hold funds or guarantee refunds. You can report the provider and leave an honest review — our team reviews every report to keep the community safe.
Does SolveMY collect payment?v
No. The launch model is direct booking: SolveMY helps with discovery, profiles, chat, quotes, reviews, and reports. Merchant subscription billing is separate from seeker service payments.
Is my contact information safe?v
Yes. Our contact masking system automatically detects and removes phone numbers and emails in chats before a booking is confirmed.
